Fresh Sockeye Salmon


On the menu this evening:
  • Fresh sockeye salmon, cooked outside over charcoal
  • Fresh WA asparagus, on the grill
  • A couple of fresh turnips, cooked on the grill
  • Sour cream & yogurt dressing
  • Fresh sugar snap peas
  • A nice glass of wine (beer over the grill)
